Most people don’t know this, but there are city, county, and state programs in California that can give you anywhere from $25,000 to over $200,000 to help you buy a house.

City programs- Azusa’s $200,000 assistance, Long Beach’s $25,000 grant, and Colton’s $100,000 program.
County programs- Los Angeles County’s $161,000, Riverside County’s $75,000, and San Bernardino County’s $100,000.
State programs- Dream for All program that gives up to $150,000, plus others that cover up to 5% down.
